We enjoy your food and you have been our 'go-to' place (either directly or via Just Eat) when we want a delivery meal for special occasions. Today was a family gathering for my wife's birthday (hence the large order). Our recent orders from you have all been late arriving. Today I ordered at about 1900 hoping it was already after your peak time for orders. Your website estimated delivery at 2012 (already a long delay) but the food didn't turn up until 2044, more than half an hour after your estimated time. I appreciate that you get very busy but having to wait this long is hugely inconvenient when guests are waiting for their meal. This is a real problem and will lead us to look elsewhere for our delivery meals in future.
